Talker 11-18-2012

Another talking explosion and with it, such an attitude improvement. He called sissy Mo - "Morgan! Morgan!" He has an Isaac in his class and so he calls our Eye Isaac now too. Boo.

Me too!

It is waning now, at 3 yrs 2 months, but Liam went through quite a long time of saying, "Me too!" after everything anyone else said.

Morgan: "Ugh -- I have SO MUCH homework!"
Liam: "Me too!"

Mommy: "I am SO SICK of all of the election commercials...."
Liam: "Me too!"

End of an era

Liam can say "ice cream" now, so he probably won't be excited about the 'Cupcake Truck' or ask to go to the 'cupcake store'.

It's always a treat to wake up and find Mimi here

Ramblings of a 3-year-old Madman

Well not really, but it sounds good.  Some Liam-ism's lately.

I bought a Thomas the Train cakepan (to resell) the other day.  Liam saw it and asked what it was. I told him and, of course, he wanted a Thomas cake pronto.  I hurried the pan out to my office to hopefully eliminate that thought from his mind.  I must not have been successful.  A few days later, he and Mama were talking and he randomly said, "Cake done yet?"  She had no idea what he was talking about until I told her the back-chat.

He is obviously having vivid dreams or is just reviewing his life during the nights.  After Boo In The Zoo (where he went w/ mama, Kymber and the girls) he cried out during the night that Kymber ate his "teeny candy".  We told Kymber and she confirmed that she did indeed take his small bag of candy (teeny) and put it 'away', i.e. moved it in the van so he wouldn't get into it at 8 p.m.

Teeny:  Anything small is *teeny*.  The boy LOVES teeny.  Sometimes he, or his feet, or his socks are 'teeny'.  Sometimes they are for now until (deep voice) "FEET GROW UP!"  He talks a lot about what he will do when he 'grows up'.  He will drive, he will be a fire-fighter man, he will do a lot of things that his big sissies are doing.

He found a red fleece vest in his closet.  He's been insisting on wearing it (usually under his real coat b/c it's cold for real now) "like Mimi".  Yes, his Mimi (grammy) often is a vest-wearer.  I'm going to take a pic of them in their twinsie vests.
